Daily Timetable
8:30 am: Early Drop-Off (Optional, £5 extra)
9:00 am - 9:30 am: Welcome & Team Building Activity
9:30 am - 10:30 am: Workshop 1
10:30 am - 10:45 am: Break and Healthy Snack
10:45 am - 11:45 am: Workshop 2
11:45 am - 12:15 pm: Lunch
12:15 pm - 12:45pm: Wellness Walk
12:45pm-1:00pm: Mindfulness Time
1:00 pm: Pick-Up
Lunch is provided. Please refer to our separate lunch menu and inform us of any allergies or intolerances.
What to Bring
Children MUST bring:
A water bottle.
Clothing
Our activities can get messy! While we try to minimise stains, it’s best for children to wear clothes that can get dirty.
Outdoor clothing for wet play: A coat is required, regardless of the weather. Children will not be admitted without a coat, and parents/carers will need to return with one. We make use of the Promenade Park when appropriate.
Mobile Phones
Children with mobile phones must hand them in upon arrival. Phones will be safely stored and returned at pick-up. In line with our Safeguarding Policy, phones are not allowed to remain in bags during the day.
Medication
Any child requiring medication, such as inhalers or EpiPens, must hand it in to be stored in a safe and easily accessible area.
If prescription medication needs to be administered during the day, parents/carers must complete a Medication Consent Form at drop-off.
Collection by Another Adult
If your child will be collected by someone other than their usual adult, please notify us at drop-off. We cannot release a child to another adult without prior consent.

Once booked, please add your session date(s) to your calendar. We do not send reminders and are not responsible for missed sessions and please remember your child’s packed lunch in a named container!
